Groups for Children, Teens, and Parents Experiencing Divorce

"FOCUS ON KIDS" is an eight week program for children and teens. Children and teens will meet in separate rooms.

Topics Include

• Why parents divorce
• How divorce could change your life
• Why you might be fighting more with your parents
• Stress management
• The moving blues
• Step-parents
• Step-siblings

Enrollment in "Focus on Parents" is not a requirement to participate in this group.

"FOCUS ON PARENTS" is an eight week program for parents.

Topics Include

• What parents can do to make the transition easier
• Managing parental conflict
• Introducing your child to a new relationship
• Being a step parent

Enrollment in "Focus on Kids" is not a requirement to participate in this group.
